Shipping Policy
Rose Hue provides free shipping on all orders over $50 excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
We offer same-business day shipping on orders purchased before 2:00 pm. If you place an order after 2:00 pm, it will be processed on the next business day.
Innogoodshop ships to U.S. states. We do NOT ship to U.S. territories.
Due to the pandemic or holidays, our carriers, USPS and UPS, may experience some delivery delays. Please wait 1-2 days after the stated delivery date on the tracking information. Some carriers use an automated system which predicts the delivery time and day.
Tracking Orders
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. The email will include the order's tracking number, shipment details, and a link to the carrier site, either USPS.com or UPS.com.
Return Policy
Your experience with Rose Hue is very important to us. Therefore, we offer free returns within 30 days after you placed your order. Our products must be either new and unopened or gently used (about a quarter of the product used). Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
